How are your cakes, cupcakes, tarts, pies, etc. made?
All of my cakes, etc. are handmade in my kitchen using the freshest (and organic whenever possible) ingredients from start to finish.
Do you supply organic / gluten-free / lactose-free / vegan cakes or cupcakes?
Yes.
Where do you deliver your products?
I deliver free of charge to Balexert or Cern. For home delivery I charge depending on location, from 15chf to 50chf
How long do your cakes or cupcakes last?
Cakes: You can store a cake in the fridge for 5 days. Remove from fridge 1,5 hour before eating.
For cupcakes: Because they are made fresh with no added preservatives, they are best enjoyed within 48 hours. To store, cover and keep at room temperature. Alternatively they can be kept in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to a month (only if they are without fondant decorations, since fondant cannot be frozen)
How much notice do you need for an order?
I would prefer at least two weeks or more for personalized cakes and a few days for simple frosted ones. However I do get quite booked up in advance, so if you know you want something for an upcoming event, please do get in touch as early as possible. I occasionally can fit in last-minute orders so please don't hesitate to ask.
